All customers must inform Premier Lighting Ltd via (telephone or email) within 3 days of the day the goods were delivered, to be returned. Premier Lighting LTD are not responsible or obliged to offer a refund after this 3 day time period. The date of delivery will be recorded by our Royal Mail etc. Once we have the customers request for a return within this 3 day time period our customer services will authorise the customer with an authorisation number. Goods without a return authorisation number will not be accepted.

All lampshades purchased from our shop section will incur a 30% restocking fee. The customers refund, less our delivery costs, will be refunded within 5 days of the customers returns. The cost of returning the Goods and insuring them against loss or damage will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price if a collection is arranged by us Premier Lighting Ltd. In the case of any of any items being delivered damaged, Premier Lighting LTD will accept them back and replace them with like for like at no extra cost to the customer. Customers have one day from payment / order received to cancel or to make any alterations to any lampshade or lampshades purchased from our design your own lampshade sections on our website. After this time the order will be in the process of manufacture and we cannot offer a refund after this time period due to the cost of manufacturing etc.
